 1. Job Posting: We are providing this facility to the Employers or Recruiters to post their jobs in agriculture & allied sectors with respect to these terms & conditions. The Approval of posting is with us. 
2. Advertising Agencies: Any organisation or firm with good reputation can advertise on our website after paying the charges mentioned in the concerned page of our website. The approval for such advertisements is with us.
3. Employer or Recruiter firms: Agrivetjob also has the right to charge Premium Rates where applications and CVs are being shared with recruitment firms. 
4. User agrees that the services once subscribed to by the User are not refundable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated. 
5. Use of Services of agrivetjob.com- The job posting, resume repository (“Agrivetjob Resume repository”) and other features of the Agrivetjob Sites may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. In addition, the Agrivetjob Communities may be used by individuals for permitted professional and personal networking purposes. Your use of the Agrivetjob Services is also subject to any other contracts You may have with Agrivetjob. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with Agrivetjob, the terms of contract will prevail. The term “post” as used herein shall mean information that You submit, publish or display on a Agrivetjob Site.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
