Refund and Cancellation Policy

The services offered by agrivetjob.com shall be on a 100% advance payment basis. The payment for service once subscribed by the subscriber is not refundable & Once subscribed is non-Cancellable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.

Agrivet Consultancy reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before or after purchasing the services/Subscription, refund if any shall be on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Agrivet consultancy

Refunds, if any will be at the sole discretion of Agrivet Consultancy (AC) and will be initiated within 15 working days from the date of refund approval.

AC does not offer  any guarantee for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. AC gives no guarantee of server uptime or applications working properly. Everything is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. AC undertakes no liability for free services. AC reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them. 

Unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, by whatever name called, the performance obligation of AC (service provider) is to provide access of its on-line portal to the customer for the duration of the subscription period & reference to any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself, does not create any additional performance obligation upon AC

Subscriber/user acknowledges and agrees that AC, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by Subscriber/user to AC under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services.

Mailing practices such as transmitting marketing and promotional mailers/ Offensive messages/ messages with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message, are strictly prohibited. 

We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice, to the originator of Spam. No refund shall be admissible under such circumstances. 

Following is an illustrative (not exhaustive) list of the kinds of messages which can be classified as spam:
1. Unsolicited Bulk Messages/Unsolicited Commercial Communications.
2. Voice Calls/SMS to telephone numbers registered on the National Consumer Preference Register.
3. Non Job related mails.
4. Messages with misleading subject lines.
5. Blank Messages.
6. Extra ordinary High Number of mails.
7. Mails soliciting payments.
8. Misleading/Fraudulent mails.
