The site is a public site with free access and Agrivet Consultancy assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. Agrivet Consultancy cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s). 



To avail certain services on our Website, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process namely: - a) your name, b) email address, c) sex, d) age, e) PIN code, f) credit card or debit card details g) Educational deatils h) Experience, i) Photo, j) password etc., and / or your occupation, interests, and the like. The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience.

We collect information directly from you when you register as Candidate, Employer, Advertiser, Event Organizer or any other user on our website.  
We collect information you post in a public space on our website. The information provided by you shall be used by us:  i) To improve our website and enable us to provide you the most user-friendly experience which is safe, smooth and customized; ii) To contact you for verification and to CONFIRM your registration on our site and also to RESPOND to your requests or questions from info@agrivetjob.com. iii) To make your job & company details visible to Candidates so that they can apply and contact you directly. iv) To send candidate details to the potential Employers.  v) Send weekly newsletter(s) to Candidates/Employers. vi) Provide you the opportunity to participate in Events posted on our website. vii) Contact you or send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates on our website, new job opportunities, new resumes, services and additional/new job postings/openings which may be of your interest. viii) Provide customer support and the services you request; ix) Resolve disputes, if any and troubleshooting; x) Avoid/check illegal and/or potentially prohibited activities and to enforce Agreements ;  xi) The personal information provided by you shall also be disclosed to:  Other third parties;  

We share the sensitive personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user in the following limited circumstances:

(a) When it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing these Terms; for complying with the applicable laws and regulations. 

(b) We proposes to share such information within its group companies and officers and employees of such group companies for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. We also ensure that these recipients of such information agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.


C) We propose to share this information with employer. We do not control the data use practices by Employer or any third party who may access your information on this site  

d) Advertisements :   We also allow other companies to display advertisements to you while you are visiting our Sites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements from the other company servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site. We may personalize the advertising that you are shown on our sites or other sites with which we have a business relationship.  

e) Resume Data : Based on the profile provided, your resume shall be accessible to potential employers. You can store your resume on our servers and make it searchable by third party/employers/recruiters. You may only use it for applying online though our website. You may edit, update and remove your resume at any time but parties who have access to our database (while your resume or profile was visible) may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files. We cannot be held responsible for such retention/storage. You should always remember that once you post your resume on our website with your profile visible, anybody will have access to the same and we do not have any control over such access and use of your resume/information by third parties.  If you do apply online to a job, your resume will be transferred to the relevant employer, who may retain a copy of your resume or distribute it to third parties. We cannot control their use or retention of your resume information.  We attempt to limit access to our searchable resume database to legitimate users such as paying employers, recruiters, hiring managers, and human resource professionals, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database.   

All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve its services (including job post and job application) and for developing new services

Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.


You give us permission to use the information about actions that you have taken on agrivetjob.com in connection with ads, offers and other content (whether sponsored or not) that we display across our services, without any compensation to you. We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions and recommendation to you and others. 

COOKIES

Grievance Redressal

Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to  ("Grievance Officer").
